Crazy Crazy Nights é uma música da banda de Hard Rock/Heavy Metal norte-americana, Kiss. Foi composta por Adam Mitchell e Paul Stanley no mesmo ano do lançamento do álbum, Crazy Nights, em que foi introduzida originalmente (1987).
Teve colaboração da Gravadora Mercury Records e produção de Ron Nevison.

Crazy Crazy Nights conquistou a 65ª posição na Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart e a 37ª posição da Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks Chart.
Para além dessas duas posições nos Estados Unidos da América, conquistaram também o 4º lugar no Reino Unido, sendo esta a única música da banda a conseguir conquistar um lugar no Top 10 deste país.
