Livin' On a Prayer é uma música da banda de Hard Rock Bon Jovi. Teve composição de Jon Bon Jovi (vocalista da banda), Richie Sambora (guitarrista da banda) e Desmond Child (compositor contratado) no ano de 1986.
A letra fala sobre um casal, Tommy e Gina, que tenta sobreviver sem perder o seu relacionamento, trabalhando.
A introdução à música é feita através da técnica utilizada por Richie Sambora, a guitarra falada.

Em 2001, após os atentados do 11 de Setembro, a banda tocou uma versão acústica da música num concerto de angariação de fundos.
